Peggy Gabriel is an American Life Coach and Pilates Instructor. When she developed arthritis of her hips she took it upon herself to explore the options available to her. Her greatest desire was to be pain free and to return to unlimited activity including hiking and yoga. This book tells the story from the patient’s point of view on both hip replacements and hip resurfacings and her choice of hip resurfacing. The book goes through her experiences during and after surgery. I highly recommend this.
